What is this?

Our audio guestbook is an awesome alternative to a traditional guestbook for your event. It allows your all guests to leave you a personalised recorded message for you to treasure forever.

How it Works

  1. We get you choose a generic greeting OR record your own customisable greeting message
  2. We process the recording and install it into our phones ready for your guests to hear
  3. We provide the phone to you on the day and setup it up to ensure it's all ready for your guests to leave you memorable messages on your day!

  • How does it work?

    It couldn't be simpler, the guest simply picks up the phone and they are greeted by your customized greeting message followed by a beep. After which they can leave their messsage for you. At the end of the night we collect the phone, process the messages and give you a USB stick with all of the nights recordings on it

  • How many recordings do I get?

    Unlimited! Your guests are free to leave as many messages as they want to throughout the whole night, so there's no need to worry about it!

  • How do I get my personalised greeting on the phone?

    We handle it all for you. We ask that you leave us a whatsapp voice note with the greeting you'd like to use and we will add it to the phone ready for your guests to enjoy

  • Do we need a phone line?

    Nope, Just a normal plug socket. Our phones are powered by a USB plug, so it is possible to power them via a power bank if no outlet is available

  • Where should I put the Audio Guest Book at my venue?

    We recommend placing the Audio Guest Book in a location you could comfortably have a phone conversation. For best results we suggest in a separate room from background noise such as a disco
